Gist Capital deals with financial institutions regulated by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission and
and with members of the National Futures Association (NFA). Gist partners must uphold the highest standards
and business practices and is subject to strict financial requirements and
reporting. All FCMs must adhere to strict rules and regulations to protect
customer funds, including Minimum Net Capital requirements based on customer's
open positions. Gist partners submit to the CFTC and the NFA financial data on a weekly
and monthly basis.
